PopularTwitchstreamer Felix “xQc” Lengyel left a massive tip at a restaurant during a rare IRL livestream in which he ate with a friend before exploring the city a bit. AlthoughxQc has maintained popularity on Twitchfor several years, the livestreamer rarely does IRL content beyond attending big events, but his viewers were recently privy to some of his private life beyond his computer setup.Due to some computer issues on January 19, xQc decided to do an IRLTwitchstream in which he rode a scooter around the streets and ate at a Bubba Gump Shrimp Company among other activities. While he’s mostly secretive, the Twitch streamer has shown off his room around the PC in the past, accidentally revealing his toe during one stream and cleaning a pile of trash in a separate stream. Though many xQc fans expect him to return to the regular gaming and Just Chatting content on his channel, others attending the livestream celebrated the change of pace and got to witness an incredible moment involving a Bubba Gump Shrimp Company employee.RELATED:Mizkif Getting Fined for Not Taking Trash Can Back to HouseUsing a random number generator with some limitations, the popular Twitch streamerlet fate decide the amount of tip money that his server would receive after he was done eating at the restaurant, with the potential number ranging from $1-1200. This generator nearly hit the maximum number as it fell on 1,197, but xQc decided to round the tip up to $1,200 anyway, signing the bottom to authorize the payment. Partially due to the reaction and incredible generosity that he expressed at the Bubba Gump Shrimp Company, a Twitch clip of xQc giving his server the massive tip has gone viral.
The Twitch clip garnering thousands of likes online shows xQc handing his bill to the aforementioned server who’s busy doing other duties, stating “it’s not an error” before explaining the number randomizer that he had used. Shocked by the enormous tip, the Bubba Gump Shrimp Company employee suggests that xQc is lying to which the livestreamer reassured her that he wasn’t. After the quick clarification, xQc then wished the server a good night before leaving the establishment with his friend, subtly looking for validation that he did the right thing by asking “that wasn’t too bad, was it?”
Although xQc doesn’t often do IRL Twitch content, the restaurant exchange has introduced some new fans to his channel that may want to see more of the streamer’s life beyond the computer. Because of the viral nature of the rare IRL stream, xQc may find other ways to leave his traditional setup beyond attending thingslike the Streamy Awards, TwitchCon, or Twitch Rivals.
