How to Acquire Loni’s Key
Obtaining Loni’s key can be a bit challenging for players as it has to be crafted using specific materials. Start by locating the Loni chest, which can be found near the hearth in The Mines of Moria. To get there, gamers should turn left after leaving the Shortcut to The Mines area, go downstairs, and then go left again until they find a room with a hearth. Once inside, look for a chest there. It’s a small room, so players won’t have a hard time finding it. Since this room has a hearth, players can craft a bedroll and a door andturn it into a base.
In order to craft Loni’s key, players will need two Bronze Ingots. The crafting recipe for a Bronze Ingot calls for the following materials:

To get the first material, Copper, players will need to travel to the Elven Quarter and Western Mines, while Tin is found in the Western Mines region. By the time players find Loni’s chest, they’ll have made enough progress to unlock these areas. Once there, equip the pickaxe and smash the deposits to mine these resources. Make sure to collect at least two pieces of Copper and Tin, as crafting Loni’s keyrequires two Bronze Ingots.
After acquiring these materials, players can go to a crafting station and craft Loni’s key. Once done, go to Loni’s chest and interact with it to open it. This chest houses a variety of valuable materials, such as Steel Ingots, Sapphire, Coal, and Metal Fragments. And yes, players can’t use this chest to store their items.
