ThroughoutThe Callisto Protocol, players will encounter all sorts of characters in Black Iron Prison. Some are helpful allies like Elias while others cause Jacob nothing but problems like Captain Ferris. Aside from main characters, there are many individuals throughout Black Iron Prison that are trying to surviveagainst the Biophageswith little to no success.
Throughout the eight chapters of the game, players will often come across a character after it is far too late to help them. So when players come across a trapped worker later on inThe Callisto Protocol, they may be wondering if they can save him from the predicament he is in.

What Chapter Is the Trapped Worker In?
In order to find the trapped worker, players will need to make their way through Callisto Protocol until they reach the fifth Chapter, Lost. This chapter takes place immediately after Elias and Jacob get ambushed by Captain Ferris who cycles them out of an airlock before they were finished getting suited up.
Progress through the story, move across the crumbling bridge, and eventually Callisto Protocol players will come across an open area with lots of explosives along with some sealed buildings. Not long after starting this section, players will hear the trapped worker calling for help. Of course, before players can get a chance to look around they are immediately ambushed by a large group of Biophages. Since there are so many enemies,perfect dodges are helpfulhere.
Can You Save the Trapped Worker?
After killing the Biophages, players will hear the trapped worker screaming as a Biophage gets to him first. Unfortunately for the worker, this is a scripted event andthere is no way to save him. Even if players find the door he is trapped behind in time, it doesn’t change the fact that the poor worker is trapped in that room with a Biophage.
When the worker dies, players are able to open the door that he was on the other side of. Players will know they have found the right doorwhen they see a Biophagehitting the window fruitlessly. Once the Biophage is dead, players are free to explore the room.
Is There Anything Noteworthy in the Room?
Aside from a Healing Injector located in a box on the wall, the only other thing that players will find in that room with the body of the trapped worker is the CORE implant on the corpse. While this one doesn’t have an audio log, it does give players access to a nearby door that was previously locked. While it would have been nice to have had an optional objective for saving the worker, side quests do not existin this short game.
