5Shin Uchiha
Shin Uchiha is an artificial human created by none other than Orochimaru. Born with the power of the Sharingan, Shin Uchiha went on to become plenty powerful. Under Orochimaru’s influence, he learned quite a lot about the human body as well and in the Naruto Gaiden arc, he was seen being capable of using medical ninjutsu.

4Chiyo
One of the most skilled medical ninjutsu users, Chiyo was one of Sunagakure’s finest. Although fans only got to see her skill when she was already quite old, she used to be fairly strong back in the day.
