How to Build a Gyrocopter in Stranded Deep
To build a gyrocopter, place the gyrocopter base in an open area and attach the seat, motor, cockpit, and rotors. The vehicle is ready to fly as soon as it’s tanked up.
Here are the gyrocopter requirements inStranded Deep:
The gyrocopter is not as reliable asthe raft inStranded Deep. But it’s the ideal motor vehicle for searching the map and locating new islands. Since a big raft can carry a gyrocopter, traveling with both is also a good idea.
Players receive the Oceanic DaVinci achievement for building the first gyrocopter.

Where to Find the Gyrocopter Parts
The three gyrocopter parts (base, seat, rotors) are on the Aircraft Carrier. To get them, head east toward the red-marked island called “a mysterious location.” Once there, take the stairs to where the old aircraft is kept and grab the gyrocopter components.
For other parts, loot nearby shipwrecks. Look for 2 electric vehicle parts (one for the rotors and another for the cockpit), and get vehicle fuel, a filter, and an engine part to build the motor.
How to Use the Gyrocopter
Once the gyrocopter is crafted, press the interact button to start the engine and ride it. Hold the space button to ascend and Ctrl to descend (right and left triggers on the console).
A gyrocopter’s tank holds up to four jerry cans of fuel, but it’s not the best means of transportation, as it may crash.
Dos and don’ts of using the gyrocopter
