Akila Cityis certainly one of the more desirable locations to establish a permanent residency in. The cowboy-style town has a distinct atmosphere of history and exploration and serves as a monument to the pioneering spirit of the Coe family. The town alsogives off major Tattooine vibeswith its assortment of amateur robotics and ship-building enthusiasts. Home to the Freestar Collective, Akila City has a number of useful stores and quests for players to check out, as well as a sprawling desert environment that looks even more spectacular at night. For players who are looking to settle down here, there are two available homes that can both be purchased from the same realtor.
How To Buy The Core Manor
to buy a home in Akila City, players will first need to speak to Ngodup Tate, who can be foundstanding outside the Core Manor. The Manor islocated to the rear of The Rock, past Midtown Minerals and the Freestar Collective Consulate, then past the Lance Estate and up the stairs. The home is identifiable by its low-walled garden and stands opposite the canvas-shrouded ruins to the rear of The Rock on the Northern side of town.
Speaking to Ngodup will allow players topurchase the Core Manor for 78,000 Credits, which may be a little steep at first - especially considering the property will be entirely unfurnished upon purchase. Fortunately, Ngodup also has a second, cheaper property for sale in The Stretch district of Akila City.

This video will demonstrate where players can find Tate and the Core Manor property:
How To Buy The Stretch Apartment
The Stretch is one of the more vibrant areas of Akila City and is home to many shops and bars where players can meet a wide variety of charactersand potential companions. Players can also witness Honest Earl’s Alien Extravaganza in this part of town, whichfeels much more relaxed and artistic, even if slightly more squalid, than the rest of the city. Fortunately, the available player home sits just above all this, overlooking the hive of activity below while remaining distant enough that the home still feels private and peaceful.
The Stretch Apartment can also bepurchased from Ngodup Tate, who will sell it for45,000 Credits, almost half the price of the Core Manor property. The home can be found overlooking Sinclair’s Books and will be recognizable by the giant “For Sale” sign displayed on the front of the building.
