To buy Honeyside, players mustcomplete several quests in the city of Riften, the city located southeastern region of the map. Travel to it using fast travel or on a horse. Then, complete the following quests and objectives
The Riften Skooma Operation
Travel to the Riften Fishery, a business structure located on the Riften Pier. Inside, to find an Argonian reptilian female NPC namedWujeeta. Speaking with Wujeeta, who will reveal that she became ill after taking the drug Skooma.Give her a Health Potionand investigate the identity of the Skooma dealer in the vicinity.
After you find out who is selling drugs in Riften, head to the castle in the city, Mistveil Keep. Look for Laila Law-Giver (or Maven Black-Briar, if the Imperials have taken Riften) and talk to her about the situation with Wujeeta. After talking to Jarl, your next task will be to kill the Skooma dealers.
After talking to Jarl, take the key and head to the warehouse located in the port. Open and enter the warehouse and kill the dealers. It will be a relatively simple fight, so extensive preparation for this challenge is not necessary.
Complete Several Quests
After killing the dealers, return to the Jarl and talk to her. Now, your task will be to help several citizens. Go around the city and look for random quests. Most of them will be easy, so you won’t need to spend a lot of time on them.Help five citizens and return to the Jarl.
Get Thane Status
