Pokemon Scarlet and Violetplayers who have been looking forward to the game’s next Tera Raid may have a bit longer to wait, if recent signs that it’s been delayed are any indication. The game’s Tera Raids have offered a fun opportunity to players starting shortly after therelease ofPokemon Scarlet and Violet, but it seems as though recent issues may cause a disruption in the schedule.

InPokemon Scarlet and Violet’s Tera Raids, players can join up with friends to take down Tera Raid Pokemon. If defeated, players get an opportunity to add the Pokemon to their roster. However, the lastPokemonTera Raid experienced a significant bug that led to the entire event being shut down prematurely.

Unfortunately, it seems like that Tera Raid bug may still be having an impact on the game, or at least its development. According to a recent tweet by PokeXperto, the Pokemon Home calendar shows that aPokemon Scarlet and VioletTera Raid was plannedto occur between May 26 and May 28, this time featuring Delphox. However, the raid has gone unannounced by any other channels. Up to this point, the game usually announces Tera Raids at the beginning of the week they’re set to occur in, but there has been no such announcement made, potentially indicating that the Tera Raid has been pushed back.

At this point, the exact cause of a potential delay is unknown. However, it likely has to due with the issues with the last Tera Raid. It’s possible that the development team needs more time to tackle the bug that was leadingPokemon Scarlet and Violetplayers' games to crash when completing theGreat Tusk/Iron Treads Tera Raid. It’s even more likely that the schedule has been adjusted to compensate for the time lost in the Raid, as Great Tusk/Iron Treads was discontinued before its planned end date, and the Mighty Chesnaught Tera Raid rerun also had to be postponed. The schedule may be rearranged to revisit these Tera Raids first before moving on to new Pokemon.

For the moment, all players can do is wait and see when the next official announcement is made regardingPokemon Scarlet and Violet’s Tera Raids. With any luck, the team will reveal a revised schedule soon, likely beginning with the repeat Tera Raid to make up for anyone who was hit by the bug, and then moving on to new content. While the games have experienced bugs and glitches since their launch, hopefully this is the last major issue impacting Tera Raids.
