InRoblox, Pirates, unlike Marines, can form crews and work together to earn Bounties. Marines rule the seas and have faster boats. Pirates outnumber Marines, but all Marines are allied together automatically. Though both sides have their advantages and disadvantages, there are a few reasons why Pirates may be the best choice for beginners.
Why Pirates are the Best Pick in Blox Fruits
The biggest advantage to being aPirate inBlox Fruitsis that players can create a crew, which is possible after reaching level 300. There are no limits on players below level 300 joining an existing higher level crew. Each crew can hold a maximum of 30 members. For players who take their crew seriously enough, an image can be uploaded to serve as the crew’s logo. Being a Pirate is not without its downsides, but there are only a few of them. Boats are more expensive, and Pirates are not automatically allied with one another.
For players who find they don’t enjoy being a Pirate, it is possible to switch sides. This is done by paying the Marine Recruiter a visit. This NPC can be found on the Pirate Starter Island, Kingdom of Rose, and Floating Turtle. Alternatively, Marines can change sides by visiting the Pirate Recruiter found on the Marine Starter Island, Kingdom of Rose, and Floating Turtle. Either way, doing so will have a playerlosing any blox fruits they have.
Pirates and Bounty in Blox Fruits
Pirates are on the hunt for Bounty. This is earned by defeating bosses or by killing players with a 200-300 level gap. Players can lose Bounty by dying to bosses or other players during combat. The best way to gather Bounty is to form a crew and go on the attack together togain XP inBlox Fruits. Instead of Bounties, Marines earn Honor.
The Advantages of being a Marine
Don’t completely write Marines off, however. The team does have a few advantages that may interest players. Most notably,Marine ships are 50% faster, which makes sense for the water lovers. For this reason, some players may want to play as a Marine during the early hours of the game to make traveling between islands less of a pain.
Marines also cannot attack fellow Marines, keeping players safe from members of their own team. This also encourages team-based gameplay to gain Honor. Lastly, Marines can collect the Bounty of Pirates for extra money.
The Downsides of being a Marine
There are a couple of downsides to being a Marine that players should be aware of. Marines are all allied to each other, which means aMarine can’t ally with a Pirate. Most importantly, Marines can’t form crews. Ultimately, it comes down to personal preference whether a player will stick with the Pirates or sail the seas with the Marines. Fortunately, regardless of what choice one makes, it is possible to swap sides.
