With the series entering the final saga, these characters will undoubtedly be a part of it. The recent chapters have only added to the growing hype, which has increased the stakes even further.The Road to Laugh Talevolumes have insinuated that the Shichibukai and the other legends in the series have their own bounties, and they will be high. The Levely that took place at Mary Geoise proved to have a major impact on the rest of the world. Arguably the biggest news that came out of the meeting was the abolition of the Shichibukai system. The system had been present for years, but after the revelations about the activities of some members, the World Government had to make a big decision. The Shichibukai system provided the Marines with extra manpower in times of need, and it helped tobalance out the power of the Yonko.
The Shichibukai consisted of some of the most well-known characters in the world. All of them boasted of having strong abilities, which helped them to make a name for themselves. At the time of abolition, the Shichibukai system had five members— Bartholomew Kuma, Dracule Mihawk, Boa Hancock, Buggy, and Edward Weevil. They were offered the spot of the Shichibukai after their voyages made them famous. With the position came other privileges such as the freezing of the bounties, which made it very difficult to refuse the offer. The freezing of the bounties allowed the Shichibukai to roam the seas freely without any problems. With the system no longer left to protect them, the Shichibukai have become wanted once again, and their bounties will be raised on the basis of the threat theypose to the World Government. So, the question arises, who will have the highest bounty among them?

Very High Bounties
AfterBuggy was named one of the Yonko, the number of Shichibukai went down. In One Piece Chapter 1054, it was revealed that Kuma was rescued by the Revolutionary Army. They might be able to salvage his remaining consciousness and turn Kuma back to normal, so he could become a major threat. Also, since he was a part of the Shichibukai for such a long time, he might have gained information about the World Government and its organizations. All these things could cause an increase in Kuma’s bounty, and it might be raised to 600,000,000 beris.
Boa Hancock is the captain of the Kuja Pirates, who are renowned for their usage of Haki. She was offered the position of a Shichibukai after her first voyage, which shows that the World Government immediately recognized her as a threat. Boa Hancock has access to all three types of Haki, and it makes her a part of a very special list of characters. In addition to her Haki, Boa possesses an incredibly overpowered devil fruit- Mero Mero no Mi. The devil fruit petrifies the opponent by using feelings of lust. The combination of her beauty and devil fruit makes it almost impossible to avoid her attacks. Boa’s new bounty should be at least 900,000,000 beris.

Edward Weevil is the self-proclaimed son of Whitebeard. His physical strength is ridiculous, and it has been compared to that of a young Whitebeard. Weevil has defeated numerous allows of Whitebeard to gain information about Whitebeard’s treasure, but he has had no luck so far.With the Shichibukai systembeing scrapped, Weevil is already being hunted by Marines, and it is possible that his bounty will be increased from 480,000,000 to 850,000,000 beris.
Dracule Mihawk is known as the “Strongest Swordsman in the World.” He has no allies or crewmates, and he travels by himself. Mihawk’s powers remain a mystery and so far, he has been unharmed in all the fights that he has been a part of. He wasn’t even scratched during the Summit War, which shows his ridiculous standards. In the past, Mihawk clashed with Shanks, and their battles were famed for being thrilling enough to shake the entire Grand Line. Another thing to keep in mind is that Mihawk is a part of the Cross Guild, which is headed by Buggy. It is unclear why he accepted the proposal, but he is working alongside Crocodile, who is also a member of the organization. Mihawk’s last known bounty is unknown, but his new bounty should be over 1 billion beris. Crocodile’s old bounty was 81,000,000 beris, but his new one should be closer to 800,000,000 beris.
The Old Legends
The latest edition ofRoad to Laugh Talealso hinted toward the old legends in theOne Pieceworld having bounties. This answered the very old question of whether they had a bounty or not, but it has now been confirmed that they do have bounties.
So, characters such as Silvers Rayleigh, Rocks D. Xebec, Monkey D. Dragon, Scopper Gaban, and Kozuki Oden, will have their bounties revealed at some point in the final saga. It will be interesting to see if Dragon’s bounty surpasses that of Roger since he is labeled the “Worst Criminal in the World.” Considering that Xebec was considered ahuge threat to the World Government, it is very likely that his bounty will probably be close to that of Whitebeard and Roger.
