How to Catch the Lunker Bass in Resident Evil 4 Remake
In Chapter 4, Leon will finally be able to explore the lake after finding fuel for the boat, and that is where this request can be completed in exchange for thevaluable Spinels. If players have not done so yet, they shouldgrab the blue request note at the Lakeside Settlement, which instructs the player to find a Lunker Bass to add to the Merchant’s collection.
While the game does not show the exact location of this fish, the image of a wooden building is a big hint. Rather than fumbling in the dark, simply head to the Boat House location, which is located in the southeast corner of the lake. Here, pull up just before docking, and the quarry should be in sight.

The target is a big fish that has its fin protruding from the water, andto catch the Lunker Bass, aim the harpoon at where the fish is and let fly. As the water fills with blood, get the boat closer and pick up the prize. The next stop will be to drop bythe Merchant, who can be found in the southwest corner of the waters. Once at the shop, simply sell the Lunker Bass and enjoy the spoils. In exchange for the fish, the Merchant will reward players with5,000 Pesatas as well as 4 Spinels, which is a great reward for relatively little work.
Not all the requests in theResident Evil 4remake are going to be as straightforward as catching the Lunker Bass, so do be sure to keep an eye out when in the right area. Amassing a fortune of Spinels will make Leon’s task that much easier throughout the game.
