JustAMinx attended the Streamer Awards after-partyon the condition that she wouldn’t drink due to past incidents where she became unsafe. On March 14th, QTCinderella spoke out about JustAMinx’s alleged alcohol dependence, sharing that she had tried every possible method to help her friend with her addiction. She expressed her sadness over losing her best friend to this problem and how Minx had changed. Despite her efforts, including organizing an intervention and involving family members, Minx has not been receptive to seeking help. QT shared her hope that the public incident would finally make Minx realize she needs to address her problem and stop making excuses.
One week after being banned from Twitch for streaming while visibly intoxicated, it seems that JustAMinx has a problematic relationship with alcohol that goes beyond the incident at the Streamer Awards after-party.
