A creativePokemonfan is quickly racking up thousands of likes for their impressive magnetic display of thePokemon TCGcards forEevee and all of its various evolutions. The custom-made creation has sparked quite the reaction from the onlinePokemonfan community, showing the enduring popularity of the classic character and all the forms it can take.

Introduced as part of the very first generation of Pokemon, Eevee is a Normal-type known specifically for being able to evolve into one of eight evolutions with distinct typing, colloquially known as “Eeveelutions”: Vaporeon, Jolteon, Flareon, Espeon, Umbreon, Leafeon, and Glaceon. The impressive magnetic card display has been created by Reddit user ElderFoundry, who posted a video of their creation to one of the site’s mainPokemonforums. The video contains clips showing the project at various stages, starting with putting each of thePokemon TCGcards into a plastic sleeve, and then fastened into an acrylic frame with magnets. A frame is then filled in with color-coordinated Poke Ball pieces, with Eevee in the center surrounded by its various evolutions. Finally, the encased cards are snapped into their designated spots, and the completed display is mounted on a wall.

The impressive custom card display has clearly impressed many aPokemonfan, with the post already over 6,000 upvotes at the time of writing. Comments are well into the triple digits as well, with many of them asking what materials were used to create it and how they can get one for themselves. ElderFoundry has responded, with multiple comments saying he is working on making them available for purchase on his own website. This isn’t the first magnetic card display thePokemonfan has made, previously making a similar frame forMagic The Gatheringcards.

Although it is currently unclear exactly whenPokemonfans will be able to get their hands on the display for themselves, there is a similar alternative readily available. A company called Collector’s Cabinets has a line ofmuseum-qualityPokemon TCGcard displaysin the form of cabinets, cases, and frames for thosePokemon TCGcollectors serious about preserving their cards. Neither the museum nor the magnetic displays have publicly displayed prices, soPokemonfans may have to spend a pretty penny to show off their collections.
