Devastator Legendary Sets in Outriders
Legendary armor pieces are unique gear that provide special bonuses when three or more pieces are worn.With the Devastator class, some sets augment the abilities of skills, while others enhance area-of-effect damage or damage over time. Nonetheless, the four Legendary armor sets for the Devastator provide powerful advancements for different play styles to decimate foes.
Seismic Commanderis one of the most powerful tools at the Devastator’s disposal. Bleed is an attack utilized heavily by the Devastator, especially when modded with additional and powerful effects. It’s easy for Devastators to inflict Bleed on numerous enemies at once, and with Seismic Commander increasing Bleed damage by 50 percent, it becomes easy to have a consistent buff running.
