Last Epochis an interesting indiehack-and-slash gamethat will captivate you not only with animations and storyline but also with comfortable gameplay and a wide variety of choices. One of the first decisions you will face is the class selection, and it is essential to make the right choice and pick the one that is suitable for you to avoid spoiling the gameplay. To help you decide, we’ve created theLast Epochclass tier list, where you can learn more about the best ones and find out which of them you shouldn’t choose.
Last Epoch: All Classes Tier List
In total,Last Epochhas5 base classes, which are divided into 15 more subclasses, also known as Masteries:
Depending on the skill tree you invest in, you can develop in the desired direction to fully master one of the subclasses. Each of them is unique and will provide you with different benefits, but still, some of them will not be as useful and powerful as others. To help you decide which ones are the best and definitely worth a look, and which ones you shouldn’t choose at all, we’ve rated each of them from S to C. So, all you have to do next is to choose one from the top tier and enjoy the game.

Now that you have an overview of subclass prioritization, you’re able to rationally decide which one is best for you. To make this task even easier, we will tell you in more detail about the best classes and subclasses that you can develop towards.
Last Epoch: Best Class and Masteries
Before we start, it’s worth noting that you can choose a base class only once during the entire game, so if you make a mistake, the only way out is to create a new character. In this case, you will need to choose the most versatile class to always have an advantage over the enemy and be able to defend yourself, and Acolyte is perfect for this role. This class is very similar to the Mage, but there are still a few differences between them, in favor of Acolyte.
Like the other classes, by choosing Acolyte, you can develop one of the desired Masteries, of which there are three in total:

If playing as an Acolyte doesn’t fit your playstyle, don’t worry because the other classes and subclasses are no less good. Each of the five classes has at least one strong subclass that you can play to overcome all obstacles with no trouble at all. Of course, a lot depends on you, but if you at leasttry to masterone of the above Masteries, you will definitely succeed.
