“Piercing Throw: Throw armament with a powerful spin, causing it to bore through foes. When using this skill, the armament can be thrown further than normal and also pierce through enemies.”

InElden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree, Piercing Throw is a new Ash of War that grants its equipped weapon the Keen affinity. TheAsh of War: Piercing Throwweapon types include Throwing Blades likethe Smithscipt Dagger. When you use this Ash of War, your character is able to throw blades at the enemy from a little distance. There is no follow-up attack for this Ash of War, but you can throw another blade immediately after, as there is little downtime after the throw.

Ash of War: Piercing Throw costs 6 FP and cannot be charged to increase its power.

To getAsh of War: Piercing Throwin theElden RingDLC, you must make your way toScadu Altus, which can be accessed after you have defeatedRellana, Twin Moon Knight. After doing so, you will reach the Highroad Cross Site of Grace, from where you will have tosummon your Torrentand head northeast.

You need to find a point where you may jump down to the area below, from where you will proceed south until you see a Ruined Forged on your right. To the left of the Forge, you can see a few Misbegotten enemies and a Scarab behind one of them. Deal with the enemies and kill the Scarab to obtain the Ash of War: Piercing Throw.
