Modern Warfare 2didn’t launch with Shipment, as this fan-favoriteCall of Dutymap was added during Season 1 Reloaded. Due to its tiny size, matches on this map are fast-paced and can result in some funny instances and interactions, such as twoModern Warfare 2users playing a match of grenade hot potatoon Shipment. Now, another fan has shared a video showing how they manage to trap an opponent while playing on Shipment.

A Reddit user named Due_Literature_2556 has uploaded a hilarious video of them playing on Shipment with a riot shield as a secondary weapon. Riot shields are fairly common on this map, as many players use theOverkill perk inModern Warfare 2, allowing them to equip the shield for protection from shots from behind while using their primary weapon. However, Due_Literature_2556 uses the riot shield in a funny and creative way, as they manage to trap an opponent, making it so that the other player is unable to move from the spot.
A major chunk of the video features the opponent desperately trying to get out of the situation by constantly jumping and shooting to no avail. These spots on Shipment can be used forcamping inModern Warfare 2, but Due_Literature_2556 makes clever use of the riot shield to trap their opponent. Semtex grenades, Molotov cocktails, and other lethal pieces of equipment are good for taking out enemies using a riot shield, but it seems like the user on the enemy team had run out.
It looks like many gamers in the comments section were anticipating Due_Literature_2556 to use the shield to protect themselves from bullets, as they mention being surprised at its clever use. Some fans are also surprised that Due_Literature_2556 lasted this long in the video, as it’s extremely easy for players to die on Shipment inModern Warfare 2due to its chaotic nature and small size.
Shipment remains ever-popular, and Activision sometimes adds anexclusive playlist for this map toModern Warfare 2. It appears that some fans only want to play on it, as players can be seen complaining online about the lack of a Shipment 24/7 playlist in the game whenever it’s removed.
