The Abandoned Production Zone is a sub-area of the Fortress or Meropide inGenshin Impact. It hosts a Core Gear Drive at the center of the room, which can open one of the four available paths when operated properly. How To Get Gear Drivetrain & Operate The Core Gear Drive In Genshin Impact
To get aGear DrivetraininGenshin Impact, players must simplygo to the Core Gear Drive in the centerof the Abandoned Production Zoneand remove itfrom the edge of the central device.
To open the doors in this area, thesmall Gear Drivetrainmust faceinwardswhen the Core Gear Drive points at the Gear Drivetrain’s spot. The easiest way to ensure this is byremoving the small Gear Drivetrainwhen it points inwards, which will guarantee the Core Gear Drive unlocks the door.
However, as the mechanism won’t move if there’s no Gear Drivetrain present, players may need to move it to another spot.As long as the Gear Drivetrain points in the correct direction before it’s removed from the spot, the door is bound to open, even if the Gear Drivetrain is not there anymore.
How To Open Energy Storage Warehouse In Genshin Impact
To open theEnergy StorageWarehouseinGenshin Impact, the main Core Gear Drive should point northwest. Remove the small Gear Drivetrain when it points inward, then run the main Core Gear Drive until it faces northwest.
Once the Energy Storage Warehouse door is open, remove the Gear Drivetrain and move inside to install it.
From there, operate the device next to it and rotate it until it opens another door with a Luxurious Chest behind it. The door that opens is obvious as it hasblue ornaments on it.
On the way back, there’s anEnergy Transfer Device. Grab it and move back to the Core Gear Drive.
How To Open Supply Warehouse 2 In Genshin Impact
To open Supply Warehouse 2 inGenshin Impact, keep rotating the Core Gear Drive until it faces southwest. Remember that all players need to do isremove the small Gear Drivetrain when it points inward, then wait until the main hand points southwest.
Enter the Supply Warehouse 2 and install the Gear Drivetrain. Operate the device next to it to open a new room with a punching bag behind it.
The punching bag is deactivated and won’t respond, so place the Energy Transfer Device that was taken from the Energy Storage Warehouse. After that, hit the punching bag to summon a CommonChest inGenshin Impact.
