Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba - The Movie: Mugen Trainhas definitely left its mark on the anime world. It’s not only an amazing movie, but it’s thehighest-grossing anime filmof all time. The animation is amazing and fans were amazed by it. Watching this movie, some might think the animation of the show would look good but not as great.
However, the animation in the series has continuously amazed viewers with how incredible it is. The final round between Tengen and Gyutaro was a visual masterpiece andfit the Sound Hashira’s flashy style. Fans had been waiting for Tengen to go all out in his fight against the Upper Six Kizuki, and they were not disappointed when it came to life on screen.
9Rengoku Is Still In Everyone’s Thoughts
No matter how long it’s been, Kyojuro Rengoku is still in Tanjiro’s thoughts. The Flame Hashira is remembered fondly by Tanjiro and others. When he joinedthe fight against Gyutaro and Daki,Tanjiro saw Kyojuro in Tengen because of the Sound Hashira’s determination to win. Even Tengen looked up to Rengoku and compared himself to him, believing he wasn’t as good as the Flame Hashira.
Despite his relatively short time inDemon Slayer, Rengoku left a lasting impression on the characters and fans. While the meme itself is funny in how it mirrors Spider-Man and Iron Man’s relationship, it reminds fans that Rengoku is gone.
8Giyu Needs Some Friends
Shinobu Kocho, the Insect Hashira, revealed toGiyu Tomioka, the Water Hashira,that nobody likes him. Instead of talking about the serious situation he was in at the time, Giyu was more focused on what she said and looked shocked at this. When he and the Kamado siblings were brought into the Demon Slayer Corps Headquarters, he was standing away from the other Hashira and none of them seemed to care about him enough to defend him.
In the official fanbook, most of the Hashira’s first impressions of Giyu range from neutral to utter dislike. The only one who had a pure positive thing to say about him was Rengoku, but it wasn’t even about Giyu as a person but about his work ethic. Poor Giyu doesn’t deserve all the hate he gets from some of them, and it hurts that Shinbou gleefully pointed this out.
7Sanemi Might Want To Think Twice Next Time
Sanemi is a pretty powerful Hashira, but he didn’t exactly leave a good first impression. With him stabbing Nezuko three times and trying to tempt her into attacking him, some fans have mixed feelings about him. It was satisfying to see Tanjiro headbutt Sanemi for hurting Nezuko, and it would’ve been funnier if he’d been given permission to headbutt him more.

However, it would’ve been hilariousif Zenitsu had shown upout of nowhere. With his sixth sense of being able to know when Nezuko is in danger, seeing him appear out of nowhere would’ve been satisfying. Maybe he would’ve lost against Sanemi, but the Wind Hashira would’ve had quite the fight on his hands.
6Rengoku Is A Mood When Eating
If anyone has wondered why their friends, family members, and/or significant others might randomly say “Tasty!” or “Umai!”, they shouldlook no further than Kyojuro Rengoku.He’s a very enthusiastic man on and off the battlefield, and this carries on when he eats. If the food is good, he will proudly proclaim “Tasty!” or “Umai!” (translated to good or delicious in Japanese) after every bite.
Fans can happily relate to Rengoku and his love of food. He looks so happy and appreciative of every bite that it’s hard not to share in his enthusiasm.
5Make Way For The Love Hashira
The ladies ofDemon Slayerare strong and tough on and off the battlefield. Kanao and Shinobu are two peas in a pod; while they might seem delicate in looks and during interactions, they are two of the deadliest Demon Slayers and can be brutally honest when talking to others. Nezuko is lethal as a demon, but she was a sweet and caring girl as a human. Inosuke being added into this meme is just poking fun at his feminine features.
However, fans should get ready to fall in love withthe Love Hashira, Mitsuri Kanroji.She’s very sweet and caring, adores cats, and loves eating and cooking food. There’s nothing wrong with the other ladies ofDemon Slayer, but there’s just something about Mitsuri that makes her a little more lovable.
4Tengen Loves All Of His Wives
Whenit was revealed that Tengenhas three wives, it caused a stir in the anime community. Polygamy is rarely portrayed in anime, so fans were interested to see how it would work out. It’s clear that Tengen feels strongly about his wives, wanting them to put their lives and safety first before any mission and himself.
The three of them balance each other out and work well together, despite their very different personalities. Overall, polygamy usually gets mixed responses, but this meme, while funny due to its flashy presentation, points out that Tengen is a good husband to all three of his wives.
3No One Can Really Tell When Shinobu Is Angry
Shinobu Kocho usually has a smileon her face and speaks in a polite voice. However, her voice doesn’t match up with what she sometimes says. She might seem cheerful and kind, but fans learned that this is just a facade. Shinobu happily told Giyu Tomioka that no one likes him and didn’t seem to really care that his feelings were genuinely hurt.

When she fought against the Spider Demon Daughter, Shinobu pretended that she wanted to be friends with her and gave her false hope when claiming she would help her. Shinobu isn’t a heartless person though and showed sympathy to the Kamado siblings when she heard their story. This meme just points out that it’s best to stay on her good side since no one can really tell if she’s furious or not.
2Tanjiro Is Lucky He’s The Hero
Tanjiro should consider himself lucky that he’s the main hero. Had it been anyone else thatran into Muzan Kibutsuji,they probably would’ve died. Kaguya Ubuyashiki did point out to Tanjiro that he should focus on defeating a member of the Twelve Kizuki first. Most of the Hashira, if not all, doubted Tanjiro and Nezuko. With the decline in quality of Demon Slayers, it wouldn’t be surprising if they thought he was weak too.
Only a few Hashira believe in him, but it’s going to be tough to convince the rest of them. Obanai was surprised when Tengen told him that Tanjiro was still alive after their battle with Gyutaro and Daki.
1Giyu And Shinobu Have A Complicated Relationship
WhileShinobu seems to love teasing Giyu,almost being sadistic while doing so, the two of them have a complicated relationship. Giyu doesn’t really interact with the rest of the Hashira and tends to be alone most of the time. However, Shinobu is the only one that talks to him regularly.
It’s a little sad that Giyu doesn’t have many people he can call friends. With the way Shinobu teases him, he tends to ignore her. Shinobu isn’t outright rude to Giyu, but her comments are sharp and can cut him where it hurts.
