The easiest way is to head to the Whitespring Bunker.In order to gain access to the bunker, you will need to complete the quest Bunker Buster from the main storyline. Once inside the Whitespring Bunker, head to the Production Wing. Inside that wing, you’ll find a couple of MODUS Production Terminals. Typically, these terminals have two Enclave Plasma Rifles for sale. Each one has random mods attached, and they only cost a couple of hundred Caps.
Players also have the chance of getting a non-legendary Enclave Plasma Rifle with random mods attached bycompleting Dropped Connection events. These events pop up randomly. They usually happen in Berkeley Springs or Watoga. When this event is active, simply activate all three satellite dishes within the area, wait for a resource crate to drop, and kill a couple of enemies. Upon completing this event, there’s a chance to be given an Enclave Plasma Rifle as a reward.

There is another way that players can possibly get an Enclave box mod. That’s bycompleting the Daily Quest, Cop A Squatter. While other Daily Quests and events do give players a chance to receive a box mod, Cop A Squatter always awards players with a random box mod. While the chance of it being an Enclave box mod is slim, a slim chance is better than no chance.
