Common Jet Packs like the ones for the T-Series Power Armor can be obtained through quests or enemy drops for free. But generally, the player will need to buy the Jet Pack plans for a specific Power Armor or Armor set from vendors. Except for Hellcat, T-65, and Union Power Armors, all Jet Pack plans are sold for3,000 Caps each.

To craft a Jet Pack for a Power Armor, place the Torso on a Station and click Modify. To do the same for a non-Power Armor, modify the Torso on an Armor Workbench. Crafting Jet Packs requires the following materials:
How to Get Jet Packs for All Power Armors
The Jet Pack plans for T-45, T-51b, T-60, Ultracite, Raider, andX-01 Power Armorcan be obtained through quests, enemy drops, and vendors. Hellcat and T-65 Jet Packs, however, are only sold at Gold Bullion Merchants. Union Power Armor’s Jet Pack can be bought from Giuseppe in the Whitespring Resort, in exchange for stamps. Excavator is the only Power Armor that cannot carry a Jet Pack, andStrangler Heartis the only PA that works with Ultracite’s Jet Pack.

How to Get a Jet Pack for Non-Power Armors
Getting the Jet Pack for the Secret Service Armor is the same as Power Armors. The player will need to buy its plans from the Fallout 79 vendor, Regs, orother Gold Bullion Merchantsfor 2,000 GB.
