The other ingredients can be found directly on the ground while exploring ruins or forests.
Advance Your Crafting Skills
The Workbench is another crucial item for crafting, as many advanced crafting recipes require its use. Moreover, it serves as a tool repair station.
Players can acquire Wood Logs by chopping down the trees with an axe. Alternatively, they can getWood Logsfrom wooden furniture. Upon gathering the necessary resources, visit the crafting menu, select Workbench in Essentials, and start crafting it.
A Little Bit of Healing
While potions serve as the most effective means forhealing in the game, they are not readily available, especially in the early stages. As a result, bandages emerge as invaluable sources of healing inEnshrouded. Bandages provide healing over time, making them beneficial during battles. Strings can be crafted with Plant Fibers, butobtaining Torn Clothcan prove to be challenging. Players must defeat enemies and loot them to get Torn Cloth, or explore buildings to find them.
Time to Unlock Some Chests
While exploring the map, players will come across chests that contain valuable resources. However, a few of the chests are locked, and the only way to unlock them is by using a Lockpick.
Players can acquireMetal Scrapsas a common drop from defeating enemies, particularly Scavengers, who roam outside the Shrouded area. Additionally, players can obtain Metal Scraps by breaking down items like Barrels, which contain metal.
Fly Through the Mountains
The Glider can help players to get from one place to another. Not only does it cut the legwork out of the equation, but also conserves stamina. To unlock the Glider recipe in the crafting menu, players only need to craft a Workbench. After setting up a Workbench, access the menu andcraft a Glider.
Players can obtainShroud Woodby chopping trees present in the Shrouded area. Likewise, they can get Shroud Spores by defeating enemies within the same area. Animal Fur can be snagged by hunting down animals.
Hang onto the Bridges
Throughout the map, players will stumble upon uneven routes and bridges that they cannot traverse easily. To cross these routes, they will need a Grappling Hook to safely reach the other side.
Once players have gathered the required resources, they can access the Workbench andcraft a Grappling Hook. It is important to note that once players have made some progress, they can also craft an Upgraded Grappling Hook.
A Useful Ranged Weapon
The Wand can be a life-saver when it comes to defeating ranged enemies. Unlike other ranged weapons, the Wand does not require any ammo. Players can craft a basic Wand using Bones.
Bones can be easily acquired from the drops of various animals. Players can use their Axe to hunt wolves or goats, as they are relatively easy to kill. Collect Bones from the loot dropped by these animals, and then access the crafting menu to create a Wand.

The Rags Armor Set includes the Ragged Shirts, Trousers, and Boots. While this set offers only mild buffs to the character, including Physical and Magical Resistance, it proves invaluable for players starting their journey in the game. Each item can be crafted individually through the crafting menu.
Once they have obtained enough resources, players can visit the crafting menu and select Rags Armor Set under the Armor section. Here, they will find three distinct options: Shirt, Trousers, and Boots. Select the desired item to craft.
