Cobra KaiSeason 5 is finally here and fans can head over to Netflix and binge the whole season at their leisure. Season 4 ofCobra Kaileft a lot up in the air with our beloved martial artists and it is now time to find out what will happen to the valley.

Terry Silver has taken control of the Cobra Kai franchise after framing Kreese.This season of Cobra Kaihas no All-Valley tournament, instead, the dojos compete for a place in the Sekai Taikai Tournament. There was no question of whether there would be a fight or two along the way.

6Johnny & Robby VS Surfer Bums
At the start of the season, Miguel is trying to find his way in Mexico during the search for his father. He comes across a group of surfers who seemingly want to help Miguel find where he needs to go. These surfers had other plans however and rob Miguel of his money, and dignity.
Johnny at the end ofCobra KaiSeason 4 was on his way to Mexico in pursuit of Miguel.Perhaps not the most reliable driver,Johnny and Robby, Johnny’s son and rival of Miguel came along for the trip. Visiting the same places that Miguel had first visited, Johnny meets the surfers that scammed Miguel. They try the same con with Johnny, but they didn’t bank on attempting to rob a former two-time All-Valley champ and his son, however. Robby and Johnny take out the surfers and have a nice father-son bonding moment. It’s one of the most satisfying fights of the entire season after seeing Miguel being so badly treated by these guys.

5Chozen VS Cobra Kai Sensei
As part of the plan to get to the bottom of Terry Silver’s schemes, Chozen infiltrates Cobra Kai’s hiring process like some undercover sensei. Chozen arrived at the end of Season 4 to help Daniel recover his pride and take the fight to the Cobras.Hopefully, fans will see more of Chozen as this universe grows.

Signing up as a potential sensei seemed like a great idea to get the information that Daniel wanted. Standing out from the rest after Silver asks where he learned his karate, Chozen is invited to the mansion after hours. It is here where he slips up during a whiskey before his meal.
Realizing things aren’t quite what they seem, Silver confronts Chozen in the dojo and tasks all the potential Cobra Kai sensei to take him out. This proves to be an unsuccessful venture as Chozen handily disposes of every single one of them, really giving us a look at how Chozen still has immense karate skills and is one huge asset for Daniel to have.

4Miguel VS Robby
Miguel and Robby have never seen eye to eye since the very beginning ofCobra KaiSeason 1. After the news that Johnny is going to be a father again, he decides he must get the two boys to get along. Through some trial and error with a crazy escape room idea and a chat with old rival Daniel, Johnny finds the perfect solution to his problem. He decides the only way they will see eye to eye is if they fight it all out. Daniel jokingly suggested that he and Johnny may not have been such fierce rivals if they hadn’t been restricted to a 3-point match. A rematch that may just bein the upcoming Cobra Kai video game.
Robby and Miguel start fighting with little hesitation from either boy. The fight travels all through the apartment complex with neither gaining the upper hand. Upon reaching the railing of the upper-level Miguel has Robby on his back. He starts having flashbacks of the time the two fought in school and Robby knocked Miguel over the railings. This time around with the tables turned, Miguel shows mercy and stops the fight before things take a turn for the worse. Johnny accidentally told them they were both going to be big brothers to the new baby squashed the conflict and for the first time showed the duo work as a team for the duration of the season.

3Kenny VS Hawk
Kenny Payne has had quite a drastic change in personality since his introduction last season. He has gone from the bullied kid who didn’t know how to fight, to becoming the leader of Cobra Kai and a bully himself. Through this season, Robby, who initially trained Kenny, tried to open his eyesto what Silver is really like.

To decide on which dojo will enter the Sekai Taikai Tournament, the organizers ask Silver and Daniel to pick their best students to fight in a tournament-style contest, so they can decide. Hawk should easily have won this battle. However, Kenny used an illegal move to injure Hawks' leg and then used the Silver Bullet technique that Terry had taught him before the match. This ended the match in a forfeit as it took the wind out of Hawk, and he could no longer continue. Scoring a victory for his dojo, it seems to Kenny that there is no turning back.
2Cobra Kai VS Miyagi-Do & Eagle Fang
When Daniel and Johnny’s students confront Stingray to get the truth out of him, they discover Silver was behind the assault after all. Tory remembering the video cameras tells the team that they must get the footage as evidence.TheCobra KaiSeason 5 finale certainly delivered on raising the stakes and tension.
Things never go so smoothly and before the footage is copied the Cobra Kai students show up. A massive brawl ensues, Robby and Kenny, Kyler and Hawk, Lee and Tory, and many more battles start to happen until Terry shows up. Anthony streams the footage of Silver admitting to Tory he paid the All-Valley referee off and the students all finally realize what he is truly like.

1Daniel VS Silver
Ever since theKarate Kid Part 3, fans have been waiting to see if Daniel will fully get his payback for what Terry Silver put him through. Seeing Silver slide his way back into Cobra Kai, pushing out Kreese just increased the desire to see this man face justice.
Earlier in the season, Daniel received a beating from Silver in Stingray’s apartment leaving Daniel having to recover in bed. This time aroundDaniel pulls upon Silver’s teachings and lays down a beating he will never forget. Finishing the fight with the iconicKarate Kidcrane kick was the icing on the cake and the perfect way to end the season.
