Summary
Boruto: Naruto Next Generationshas officially concluded and a sequel manga, calledBoruto: Two Blue Vortexhas now started. This new series istackling the post-timeskip ofBorutoand fans are incredibly excited about that.

After 3 years,Boruto Uzumaki finally returns to the villageonce again and things in the Ninja world start getting more complicated than ever before. It is almost a given that Boruto Uzumaki, along with the likes of Kawaki, will be at the center of attention in the new manga. However, there are quite a few characters that Part 1 did not take proper care of and fans hope for them to be fixed in Part 2 ofBoruto.
8Rock Lee
Rock Lee is a beloved character fromNarutowho is currently serving as a Jonin in the Boruto series. He is extremely powerful and certainly one of Konohagakure’s strongest. As a master of taijutsu, Rock Lee is tremendously overpowered in combat and, just like his mentor, he can open all Eight Gates.
For some strange reason, Rock Lee barely appeared in the first part of Boruto. When compared to the role that Might Guy played in Naruto, Rock Lee’s character is largely insignificant. Fans can hope thatBorutoPart 2 will see to it and fix the character.
7Shinki
Shinki is the adoptive son of Gaara, the 5th Kazekage of the Sand Village. He’s an incredibly skilled ninja who controls Iron Sand through his Magnet Release Kekkei Genkai.
He is extremely skilled and possesses quite a bright future. Sadly, Shinki did not appear much in the story beyond the Chunin Exams. Fans hope that he makes an appearance in part two ofBorutoand plays a significant role in any of the upcoming arcs.
6Mitsuki
Mitsuki is a part of Team 7and among the main characters ofBoruto. Much to the surprise of the fans, Mitsuki has not really played any major part in the first part of Boruto, despite being a member of Team 7. Just like many others, he has hardly received any time and his character has not progressed much either.
InBoruto: Two Blue Vortex, Mitsuki certainly needs quite a lot of character growth and focus. At this point, fans are desperately clinging to hope that he gets some attention because his character has been largely neglected.
5Sarada Uchiha
Sarada Uchiha is another main character ofBorutoand, once again, a figure that has been neglected for the vast majority of the series. While Sarada has had her moments, she has not been at the receiving end of some proper attention in the Boruto manga.

Fans can only hope that part 2 ofBorutogives her the proper care that she deserves and expands upon her character even further. Sarada has a tremendous amount of potential, and the fact that she wants to become Hokage attaches even more importance to her.
4Konohamaru Sarutobi
Konohamaru Is the leader of Team 7 and he’s playing the same role that Kakashi played in the original series. However, when the two characters are compared, fans are left shocked at the fact that Konohamaru has barely done anything significant in the series. For the vast majority of the story, he has been sidelined and not tended to.
Whereas fans were incredibly excited to see how his character grows inBoruto, they are now left with nothing but disappointment, given that he hasn’t done anything to prove his worth in the series and, at the same time, has been largely neglected. Fans can only hope thatBorutoPart 2 does Konohamaru some justice.
3Sakura Haruno
Sakura Haruno is one of the main characters from the Naruto series and she is more important than ever in theBorutoera. Currently, she leads the medical unit of Konoha and, at the same time, she is also one of the strongest ninjas that Konoha has.
Yet, surprisingly, Sakura is rarely ever called into action, which is simply not believable. Fans know her to be a mighty fighter and for her to not help out her very own village when some powerful forces attack is simply preposterous.Fans hopeBorutopart 2 gives her some well-deserved attention.
2Sasuke Uchiha
Sasuke Uchiha is one of the main charactersof the entire franchise and fans know him to be the Other Hokage of the village. Sasuke did receive quite some attention inBorutoPart 1.
However, towards the end, he was severely nerfed and used as a stepping stone to further the characters of the next generation, which really should not have happened. Sasuke had quite a lot of importance stripped from his character and fans can only hope that part 2 puts him in the spotlight again.
1Naruto Uzumaki
Naruto Uzumaki, the 7th Hokage, is the most important character in the entire franchise. Fans see him play a significant role in the series at the beginning, however, as was the case with Sasuke, his importance slowly dwindled. Naruto was nerfed and even his strongest ally, Kurama, was stripped from him.
He is merely being used as a plot device to further the story of Boruto and that has upset quite a lot of fans. Fans can only hope thatBorutocontinues to grow on his own and not at the expense of the 7th Hokage. Naruto deserves some proper attention inBorutoPart 2 and fans can only hope that the writers deliver.
