TheBorutomanga is edging closer and closer to its timeskip and with each passing chapter, the story is now getting more intense. Finally, the bigger mysteries of the story that were first teased in the very first chapter are now finally making sense. In the previous chapter, fans sawKawaki come to the conclusionthat he wants to root out and kill all the members of the Otsutsuki Clan, including his very own brother, Boruto Uzumaki.

Now, things have started to strain between Boruto and all the members of the next generation of Konoha and currently, all eyes are onBorutochapter 78.
Boruto Chapter 78: Kawaki’s Plan
Borutochapter 78 will most likely feature Kawaki very heavily. The young boy has finally sealed Naruto Uzumaki and now, his path is clear. He intends to kill the members of the Otsutsuki Clan and he has one in his vicinity already. Kawaki will most likely be targeted in the next chapter of the story. If he is found out at his own place,the fact that the Hokageand his wife are not there will surely cause an uproar. As such, the next chapter could feature a very heated argument between either Boruto and Kawaki or the Konoha Elders and him. This could potentially lead to an all-out battle between them and seeing that Boruto is the only one capable of taking him on in combat at the moment, it is going to be very interesting to see what becomes of him.
Konoha could very well be entering a state of panic here asKawaki is finally making a move. While he does not bear any ill will, the fact is that Boruto is a member of this village and every single person living there will most likely try to protect him. As such, they will stand in Kawaki’s path and become a target for his fury. Whether or not Boruto and Kawaki will fight remains to be seen, however, the stage is set and it is only a matter of time before the two finally clash in a big manner for the very first time. It is also interesting to note that Ada and Daemon are onthe side of Konohaat the moment, however, Ada’s infatuation with Kawaki could mean that she will take his side and cause problems for the people of Konoha. The same goes for Daemon, who listens to everything that his sister says to him and this duo could very well be causing lots of problems inBorutoChapter 78.

Boruto Chapter 78: Code Makes A Move
While tension brewing in Konoha, thanks to Kawaki, he isn’t the only one they need to be worried about at the moment. Code is the primary threat and, as mentioned previously, he could strike anytime with an army of his Ten-Taild clones. Fans saw previously that he was hesitant to strike just yet because of the existence of Ada and Daemon in Konoha. After all, he wants to ensure that Kawaki is dead and everything that he holds dear is destroyed, which he won’t be able to see through if Ada and Daemon stand in his path. However, if there is conflict and infighting between those of Konoha following the abduction of Naruto Uzumaki, Code could very well see this as a perfect opportunity to strike and use his clones.
This could mean that will be an all-out war from two sides very soon for Konoha. While their primary goal would be to stop Kawaki, Code will see this as the perfect opportunity to attack and cause even more chaos. This spells danger for the village and it will also be incredibly exciting for the fans to see an all-out war once again. This war could very well call into action the strongest of the shinobi, such as Sasuke Uchiha, Sakura Haruno, and Rock Lee, among others. It has been quite a long time since fans have seen them in action and, most importantly, this will give a chance to the younger generation who have not been focused on as much to shine.
WithBorutoChapter 78, big battles seem to be on the horizon and it is only a matter of time before Kawaki and Boruto are at each other’s throats. These two brothers adore each other and would die for the other one, however, the circumstances have them fighting instead of joining forces to stop the threat of Code. This also means that the Ten-Tails clones will be in action very soon and, given the fact that their level of strength is likely going to be very high, fans are going to experience great battles very soon.
